Melissa McEachern, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Melissa joins the Vashon Natural Medicine clinic with over twelve years of experience caring for people, and with excitement to provide primary care to the Vashon community. After graduating with her RN in 2011 she worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Swedish and Harrison Hospital (now St. Michael’s). Her work in Primary Care has been at Neighborcare and Sea Mar, both on Vashon and in Seattle.

Melissa provides care for patients across their lifespan, listens with compassion, and helps patients to gain a deeper understanding of their own health and treatment options. She offers chronic disease management, evaluation of acute health care concerns, and preventative care for the entire family.

Melissa has lived on Vashon with her husband since 1997, where they raised their two daughters. Outside of Vashon Natural Medicine, you may find her covered in dog fur while walking the beautiful trails in the forests of Vashon.
